OGCEYOD CAMEROON; CREATIVE COLLABORATION AND SYSTEMS COURSE

Overview of Courses:
The purpose of the Creative Collaboration Course was to equip changemakers with tools to support groups so that appreciation, inspiration and innovation abound. This intensive training provided arts-based processes to strengthen communication, foster collaboration skills and improve group dynamics at the individual, collective and systemic levels. On the other hand the purpose of the Creative Systems Course was to equip changemakers with creative methods to leverage systemic change and bring innovation to the center of all the systems they inhabit. This intensive training also provided arts-based processes that apply the principles of living systems to analyze issues, create more empowering narratives, generate more creative actions and build just, sustainable alternatives.
